ASSOCIATION INAUGURATION
The association inauguration was conducted in the PG and Research Department of Economics, National College (Autonomous) on 22nd July 2026 at Library AV Hall. Dr. Dr. D. Prasanna Balaji, Principal preside over the function, Dr. K. Rajesh Head of the department deliver the felicitation. Dr. K. Iyana Assistant Professor honored adorned the shawl and memento to the chief guest, Dr .S. SEETHALAKSHMI, Assistant Professor & Head, PG & Research Department of Economics, Bishop Heber College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. She delivered a lecture on “THE HIDDEN ECONOMICS OF EVERYDAY LIFE”.

In her speech, highlighting the significance of economics in understanding various aspects of our day to day lives. The Association inauguration was organized by Dr. G. Rajesh Vice-President of Economic Association. Dr. P. Devi Mariammal, Dr. R. Geetha,

Dr. A. Kayalvizhi, Dr. C. Subramanian, Dr. B. Chithirairajan, Assistant Professors and students are also present the meeting. Finally Ms. Sharmila Devi proposed vote of thanks. Third BA Economics Students Ms. Namithavagini   and Ms. Hemasri hosted the programme.
